We charge a monthly retainer. Initially, we ask for a commitment to the first three months, as this timeframe allows us to effectively evaluate the success of our campaigns. After this period, there is no long-term obligation. Our aim is to earn your continued business each month by delivering a service you find valuable.

Once the contract is signed, it typically takes 2 weeks to launch your first campaign. The initial period is spent building your email infrastructure, including setting up secondary domains and mailboxes, and warming them up. Concurrently, we build your lead lists and draft your email (and/or LinkedIn) sequences. This means we send out the first outreach messages by week 3.


We avoid using your primary domain for outreach emails to safeguard its reputation. Instead, we create secondary domains that redirect to your main domain. These secondary domains have their own mailboxes for sending emails, ensuring your main domain remains unaffected. By utilizing multiple secondary domains, we can safely scale our email volume without compromising your primary domain’s reputation.


Once our initial drafts are prepared, we’ll share them with you for approval. We won’t send any messages unless you’re satisfied with them. Additionally, we’ll provide you with the list of prospects we intend to contact beforehand. If you’re not satisfied with our targeting criteria, we’ll revise and recreate the lead lists accordingly.

We provide you with a client login to our sending tool, giving you access to all relevant metrics, including:

• The number of leads contacted
• The number of emails sent
• The percentage of leads that opened our emails
• The percentage of positive replies

Additionally, we track extra metrics such as your email-to-lead ratio and contact-to-lead ratio. We also enrich the results to identify your best-performing target segments.
